Repair and Recore of Oil Coolers utilized on the MH65 Aircraft
The USCG Aviation Logistics Center is conducting a Request for Information/market-research survey to identify qualified sources capable of repairing and, if needed, recoring the MH-65 Oil Cooler in accordance with the latest OEM Mahle Industrial Thermal Systems CMM. Interested contractors are asked to submit capability statements and answer questions about OEM/repair certification, FAA or equivalent certification, ability to repair the specified part, access to OEM replacement parts, business size/socioeconomic status, small-business 50% performance/subcontracting, lead time, warranty, Service Contract Labor Standards applicability, and repair-facility location. Because the oil cooler is flight-critical, potential offerors must document an FAA Repair Station Certificate or EASA Part 145 equivalent and an OEM-approved Maintenance Repair Facility certification or letter. This RFI is not a request for quote or proposal and does not commit the Government to award a contract. If the USCG proceeds with acquisition, a solicitation will be published on Beta.Sam.gov and interested offerors must respond separately.
