The anticipated award is a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to RTX Corporation DBA Pratt & Whitney. Offerors must be able to obtain OEM parts and required technical expertise, as no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the USCG. The contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. Quotations must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2026, with shipping terms of F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Origin.
