This is a Request for Quotation for a firm-fixed price purchase order to supply three right-hand blades under one part number and one right-hand blade under another part number. All items require clear, documented traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc., and the contractor must be an Ontic authorized distributor. The contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance. Only quotations with F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Origin shipping terms will be accepted.
