This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed price purchase order to be awarded on a sole source basis to ESSEX INDUSTRIES for five Liquid O2 Converters, with an option for the USCG to purchase up to ten additional units within 365 days. The contractor must have the expertise and capability to perform repairs using OEM parts from ESSEX INDUSTRIES. A Certificate of Conformance must be furnished in accordance with the specified FAR clause. Only quotations with F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Origin shipping terms will be accepted.
