This is a restricted solicitation for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, anticipated to be awarded on a sole source basis to Airbus DS Military Aircraft, Inc., for the overhaul of one Nose Landing Gear (NSN 1620-01-HS2-2461, modified to NSN 1620-01-HS2-7459). Offerors must have the technical expertise and access to Original Equipment Manufacturer parts from Compania Espanola De Sistemas Aeronauticos SA to perform the overhaul. A Certificate of Conformance is required IAW FAR clause 52.246-15, and no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the USCG. Only quotations with shipping terms of F.O.B.
