This is a restricted solicitation for the repair of three TRANSMITTER units for the US Coast Guard, with a firm-fixed price purchase order anticipated on a sole source basis to ELDEC AEROSPACE CORP. All responsible sources may submit quotations, but must demonstrate the ability to obtain required OEM technical expertise, engineering data, and parts from that manufacturer. Offerors must furnish a Certificate of Conformance as specified, and no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available. Only quotations with shipping terms of F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B.
