Overhaul of Pumps and Valves
This is a solicitation for commercial items requesting quotes for repair and overhaul services, with no drawings, specifications, or schematics available from the USCG. The acquisition is unrestricted, allowing all responsible sources with the required expertise and OEM parts to submit offers. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance, and only shipping terms of F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Origin will be accepted. Pricing for all CLINs is preferred but not required, as clarified in an amendment.
