The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a competitive firm-fixed-price purchase order for overhaul of Anti-Ice Valves, initially for four overhauls with the option to add up to twenty-five more for a maximum of twenty-nine at the same price and lead time for up to 365 days after initial award. All overhauls must be performed by the OEM—General Electric or Honeywell—or an OEM-authorized repair facility, and non-OEM offerors must provide traceability and required certificate of conformance documentation to ensure airworthy condition. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency. The award is anticipated on or about October 15, 2026. This is an unrestricted requirement, and responsible sources may submit quotations in accordance with the attached schedule, statement of work, and terms and conditions.
