This is an unrestricted solicitation for commercial items, with a firm-fixed price purchase order anticipated on a sole source basis from the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Helicomb International, Inc. All offered items must have clear, documented traceability to the OEM, and the contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. Prospective vendors who are not the OEM must provide traceability back to the manufacturer, and no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available. Offerors must review the attached list of items, terms and conditions, and the justification for other than full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit quotations for consideration.
