This is an unrestricted solicitation for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract with firm-fixed pricing, anticipated to be awarded on a limited source basis. The contract will consist of one base year and four one-year option periods, with delivery orders issued as needed. All parts must be factory new and approved for airworthiness, with sources limited to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Fraccaro Industries Inc., or other OEM-approved suppliers.
