Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a firm-fixed price basis. The requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, open to all responsible small businesses with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Offers are to be submitted via email, and phone calls will not be accepted. The solicitation includes attached requirements, terms and conditions, and a redacted justification for other than full and open competition. Interested parties may request an independent review of an agency protest at a level above the Contracting Officer.
