This is a restricted solicitation for commercial items, anticipated to be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. All parts must have clear, documented traceability to the OEM, BAE Systems (Cage Code 54786), and must be newly manufactured, FAA-approved, with no substitute or alternate parts considered. Offerors must be able to provide a Certificate of Conformance, and no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency. Other responsible sources with the required expertise and capabilities are invited to submit offers, provided they can meet the OEM traceability and airworthiness requirements.
