A combined synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial items, with a firm-fixed price purchase order anticipated to be awarded on a sole source basis to Aerial Machine & Tool Corporation. All parts must have clear traceability to that OEM, must be new, and no substitute or alternate parts will be considered; only FAA-approved, airworthy commercial or military standard parts are acceptable. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency, and a Certificate of Conformance is required. The acquisition includes an option to increase the quantity of line item 1 by up to 20 units, for a maximum total of 38, exercisable within one year after award. All responsible sources may submit quotes, but only those able to provide genuine OEM parts with full traceability will be considered.
