Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, specifically aircraft parts, issued as a request for quotation. It is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of 1,250 employees, and the Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order. All parts must have clear, documented traceability to the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer and meet FAA airworthiness guidelines, with alternate part numbers accepted. The Government includes an option to increase the quantity of supplies by up to 6,000 units, for a maximum of 9,000, within one calendar year after award.
