8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for OEM helicopter parts with clear traceability to Airbus Helicopters, Inc., which is the anticipated sole-source awardee. The government may exercise an option to increase the quantity of supplies by up to 18 units by December 31, 2026. All parts must be new, FAA-approved, and procured with a Certificate of Conformance, with no substitutes or alternates considered. The requirement is restricted, but all responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
