Industrial Grade 3D Printer

Notice ID:70Z03826IK0000003

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a Stratasys F3300 3D printing system with an Aircraft Interior Certification Solutions package, intended to replace an aging F450 model. The printer must use ULTEM 9085 resin to meet FAA flame, smoke, and toxicity standards for aircraft parts, and be capable of producing large-format prototypes within a 23.6” x 23.6” x 31.5” build envelope. Only Stratasys Inc. or its authorized distributors are eligible to respond, as the required software and technology are compatible with the F3300 to avoid additional licensing costs. Responses are due by 2:00 PM EDT on June 5, 2026, and should be emailed to Jackson.S.Perry@uscg.mil. No budget information or performance location is specified in this sources sought notice.
