Original Posting: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QS0000020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of 28 November 2025, in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO).
