Document states: “Total price evaluation will be for the base period, all option periods and IAW FAR 52.217-8, a six (6) month extension period.” However Attachment 1 – Schedule of Services document does not include a tab for the six (6) month extension period. Will the Government please modify Attachment? As stated on Page 4, pargagraph 3 of the terms and conditions: "For purposes of evaluation only, the Government will use the rates specified in the last option period and add the cost of six (6) months to the prices quoted for the base period and all option periods to determine total evaluated price of the contract." This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QK0000001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 effective 30 September 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541430. The small business size standard is $9M. This solicitation is 100% 8(a) set-aside for a Small Business. All responsible 8(a) Small Business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Offers from Large Businesses or other Socio-Economic groups, will NOT be considered for award under this 8(a) Small Business Set-aside. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option period shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
