This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QE0000036 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) purchase order and negotiate only with ULTRAX Aerospace Inc (CAGE Code 07PR7) as the only known source of the required services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210. The small business size standard is $34 million in average annual receipts. This is an unrestricted requirement. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this solicitation for the minor repair of the following items: SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Nomenclature: Stabilator (Electronic Systems) Test Set National Stock Number: 4920-01-526-5799 Part Number: 02-1103-01 Quantity: four (4) each Optional Quantity:* up to five (5) each Serial Numbers: 3X4520244, 3X4520257, 3X4520253, 3X4520360 Manufacturer CAGE Code: 07PR7 Turnaround Time (TAT): ninety (90) days after receipt of order (ARO) * At the time of award, the USCG will place an order for the overhaul of two (2) each Stabilator Test Sets. IAW with the Addendum 1 to FAR 52.212-4 as stated in the attached terms and conditions, the USCG may require the overhaul of up to four (4) additional units at the same price specified in the resultant purchase order. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor through 31 December 2025. The turn-around time for the overhaul of additional units shall be the same as called for in the order unless the parties otherwise agree.
