Amendment 2-Responses to Questions 06.18.2024 Amendment 1-Responses to Questions 06.06.2024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824RE0000001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 effective May 01, 2024. IAW FAR 6.303, the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) contract and negotiate only with Teledyne-FLIR Surveillance, Inc. (Cage Code 3UVR3) as the only known source of supply. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 334511. The small business size standard is 1,350E. This is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that one (1) Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and, if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.
