This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QK0000024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333310. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) requires the purchase, installation, and start-up support of a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) Wastewater Treatment System with Closed-Loop Water Recycler (WWTS) in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, in addition to the supplies listed below. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis for the items and services described below and in the attached “Schedule of Supplies and Services”. All offered pricing shall include delivery and installation. Installation means that the WWTS is fully operational, and start-up support shall demonstrate the proper operation of the WWTS. The required delivery date is September 26, 2024. A full description of the salient characteristics and evaluation criteria may be found in the attached “Instructions to Offerors”. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) provides a detailed description of the work to be performed by the successful Offeror. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items and services are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation and its’ attachments. All items shall be NEW approved items. No remanufactured units will be considered.
