This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QE0000075 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) purchase order and negotiate only with Solair Group Inc. (CAGE Code 3YWZ8) as the only known source of supply. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5 million in average annual receipts. This is an unrestricted requirement. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this solicitation for the purchase of the following item: SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES Line Item 1 Description of the requirement: Solair Goup shall perform TT&E to determine problems with the transformer and HPU overheating problems with other Coast Guard units in accordance with the SOW. This is requested because the JETMAC HPU, serial number DM71311 overheated and smoldered almost catching fire from electrical transformer meltdown.
