This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QE0000031 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 effective 30 September 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541380 - Testing Laboratories. The small business size standard is $19M. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open). All responsible sources within a 100-mile radius (as determined by common mapping applications) of Elizabeth City, North Carolina (NC) may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Quantity contract with firm fixed pricing consisting of (1) one-year base period and, if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
