This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QE0000021 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-03, effective 23 February 2024. IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(2), the United States Coast guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) purchase order and negotiate only with Testvonics Inc (Cage Code 1A9E1) as the only known source of the required services. All responsible sources may Submit a Capability Statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210. The small business size standard is $34 million in average annual receipts. This is an unrestricted equipment. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis a result of this solicitation for the evaluation, calibration, and repair of the items listed in the following Schedule of Services: SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Line Item Nomenclature: Air Data Pressure T-Sets Part/Model Number: NSN: 4920-01-662-3920/ PN: ADTS-3350ER Quantity: Two (2) Option Quantity Twenty (20) Manufacture CAGE Code: 1A9E1 Required Delivery Date: 90 days after receipt of order (ARO) * The USCG intends to include the following addendum to FAR clause 52.212-4 in the resultant purchase order: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items Nov 2023 Addendum Option for the Evaluation and Calibration of Additional Units: At the time of award, the USCG will place an order for the evaluation and calibration of two (2) Air Data Pressure Test Set. IAW this addendum, the USCG may require the evaluation and calibration of up to twenty (20) additional Test Sets at the same price, terms, and conditions as specified in this purchase order. The Contractor shall quote any repairs identified as part of the evaluation separately for approval and funding by the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor through one year after the date of award or other mutually agreed upon date. The turn-around time for the evaluation and calibration of additional units shall be the same as called for in the order unless the parties otherwise agree.
