This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QE0000003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) requirements contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period, and if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods on a brand name or equal basis for the items listed in Attachment 1, Schedule of Supplies. The brand name and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Industrial Videoscope Kits is Evident Scientific Inc. (CAGE Code: 9DV74), part and model numbers are listed below. All items shall be NEW approved items. Interested parties shall complete Attachment 1, Schedule of Supplies and submit with the quotation.
