This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12 and Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03820QM0000013 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, effective August 03, 2020. The Coast Guard intends to award one (1) firm-fixed priced contract for the ATICTS and D3 Software Renewal to Data Enterprises of the Northwest, Inc., Cage Code 0DZ37, 12819 S.E 38th St. #22, Bellevue, WA 98006, on a sole source basis under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by the FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 511210. The small business size standard is $38.5 M. This is an unrestricted requirement. Award will be made upon the determination of technical acceptability and price fair and reasonable. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Period of Performance resulting from this solicitation is October 1, 2020 and ordering period shall continue in effect during the period ending 12 months after date of award unless terminated or extended in accordance with the other clauses herein. The Government anticipates exercising four (4) one (1) year options periods through September 30, 2025.
