This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03820QL0000148 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, dated 06 May 2020. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is set aside for Small Businesses. Drawing or specifications are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only new items are acceptable. Reconditioned or used items are not accepted. All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM or distributor to its current location. The USCG requires that distributors or potential sources be ASA-100 certified or in compliance with other quality system listed in FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A.
