RFQ no. 70Z03820QH0000015 is assigned for tracking purposes only. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award one (1) order/contract with firm-fixed prices to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Innovative Solutions & Support Inc of Exton, PA on a sole source basis for the repair of Data Concentrator and Flat Panel Display Units, P/N 9D-84051-7 quantity of 6 each and P/N 9B-84052-4 quantity of 6 each. Data Concentrator and Flat Panel Display Units is a commerical item in accordance with FAR 2.101 and is used on the Coast Guard's HC 130H/J aircraft. The period of performance begins at time of award to final delivery, subject to negotiation. Set aside: Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, ONly ONe Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Servies will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), 41. U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B). The Contracting Officer has determined that there is not a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more repsonsible small business concerns, therefore the small business set-aside is dissolved OR this requirement is not set aside for small buiness. All responsible sources may submit a capapbility statment, proposal or quote which will be considered by the agency. Interested parties are advised that the minimum qualifying standard for technical acceptablity is the possession of an OEM license to perfom this work. Anticipated date of Award: On or about 9 November 2019.
