This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2020-05, effective 20 March 2020. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price Delivery order will be awarded on a brand name basis for the listed items as a result of this RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated based on their ability to meet or exceed the required technical characteristics provided in this RFQ. Award will be made to the offeror conforming to the requirements of this RFQ based upon the Contracting Officer’s determination of best value IAW FAR 8.405-1(f). See attached file titled “Instructions to Offerors and Minimum Technical Characteristics” for additional information on requirements. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. The resultant delivery order will be governed by the terms and conditions of the GSA Contract Number of the successful offeror.
