Request for Quote - Overhaul Solenoid Valve This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quote 70Z03819QH0000047 incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This requirement will be satisfied using commercial item acquisition procedures as specified in FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solenoid Valve overhaul is a commercial item IAW FAR 2.101. The components listed in the Schedule are commercial items IAW FAR 2.101 and are used on the Coast Guard's HC-130H aircraft. The full solicitation and statement of work is attached. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm fixed price quotes for the purchase of the services listed are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 488190 and the small business size standard is $32.5M average annual revenue. This requirement has a total small business set-aside. The USCG does not own specifications, plans, and drawings; no other technical data will be included in this solicitation. The Closing Date and Time for receipt of Quotes is March 15, 2019 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Anticipated award date is on or about March 25, 2019.
