The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Procurement Branch has a requirement for the procurement of Main and Tail Wheel Assemblies. This requirement is to purchase, on a recurring basis, Main and Tail Wheel Assemblies. The assemblies are part of the MH-60T main landing gear. The Main Wheel Assemblies function as a rim for the tires installed as part of the main landing gear. The Tail Wheel Assemblies function as part of the rolling ground contact point for the tail landing gear. Nomenclature: Main Wheel Assembly Part Number: 5004769 National Stock Number: 1630-01-158-5752 Manufacturer Cage Code: 0B9R9 Nomenclature: Tail Wheel Assembly Part Number: 5004924-2 National Stock Number: 1630-01-161-8343 Manufacturer Cage Code: 0B9R9 The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the Main and Tail Wheel Assemblies is Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems Corporation. The USCG does not own, nor can it provide specifications, plans, drawing, or other technical data. Responses should include the following: • Name and address of contractor • Cage Code • Point of contact including name, title, phone, and email address • Capability statement to include the lead time for evaluation and repairs and standard warranty included with product • State whether the business is OEM certified and if so, provide proof of approval • State whether the business is currently classified as Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), HubZone Small Business, Women Owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business in terms of the NAICS code 336413 • GSA Contract information if applicable and other information that provides the Coast Guard with a more accurate picture of the potential marketplace for this requirement. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resulting future solicitation where quotes or proposals will be requested. There is no date set for a resulting solicitation or if a solicitation will be issued. All submitted materials will be designated for Government Use Only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow up information requests.
