************************This has been extended to give all opportunity to see answered questions********************* This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-31100PR220000498 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005.63. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with small business standard of $39.5M. Only qualified Vendors/Contractors may submit a bid/proposal. In particular, The US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles/Long Beach requires the following: Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and license as required to – Reconfigure Base Clinic in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All interested Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to visit the actual location on June 30, 2022 at 1:00PM PDT. Please call the point of contact: Matthew J.
