This is a combine sysnopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-PQQ15400 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the latest version of the Federal Acquistions Regulations (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Contractors or Vendors may submit any bids or price quotes. In particular, US Coast Guard MSD Santa Barbara request the following items: Provide all labor, materials, equipments, tools, transportation, supervision and license as required to removed, then install a new roof top HVAC unit in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All parts and materiasl that will be utilize must be approved by the technical point of contact (usually equal or better). All interested Contractors or Vendors are encouraged to visit the actual performance location to ascertain the condition and make their own assessment. All Vendors or Contractors must be currently registered in System for Award Management prior to award. All bids or price quotes will be evaluated base on technical knowledged and experienced, flexibility in military working environment and prices (not necessarily in that order).
