This is a small business set aside invitation for bids or price quotes. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirements: $50K-$60K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731. The project consisted of the following: 1. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation,and license as required to renovate and repair up to five (5) each bathrooms in bldg. 22 and two(2) each shower stalls in bldg. 25 in accordance with the separate attached two (2) statements of work (SOW), one for the bathrooms and another one for the shower stall. All interested Contractors or Vendors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit or pre-bid conference prior to bids or price quotes submission this coming 0945 AM (local) 17 June 2021, also to take your own filed evaluations and be familiar with existing condition under which the actual performance will take place. Wages are in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act. All prospective Contractors or Vendors must be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
