This is a combine synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-PQQ14600 issued as an invitation for bids or price quotes unless indicated herein. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the latest version of Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Vendors or Contractors may submit bids or price quotes. In particular, US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach required the following items: Responsible Vendor or Contractor must provide all labor, materials (some items will be provided), equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and license as required to MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RENOVATE DUTY ROOMS IN BLDG. 24 in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All parts and materials that will be use must be approved by the designated Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COR/COTR) prior to installation or use. All interested Vendors or Contractors are highly recommended to attend the site visit or pre-bid conference this coming 17 June 2021 at 0945AM and also to take field evaluations and ascertaint the condition of the performance location.
