The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-PQQ14000 issued as an invitation for price quotes or bids unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the latest version of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with total small business set aside of 500 personnel. Only qualified Contractors or Vendors may submit price quotes or bids. In particular, US Coast Guard Station Golden Gate required the following items: Responsible Contractor or Vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and license as required to replace one (1) each 5-ton condenser on roof with 2 stage 5-ton condenser for zone system, one (1) each 4-ton condenser on roof with single stage 4-ton for a large meeting room and one (1) each 6-zone controller in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All equipment, parts or materials that will be use must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COR) or designated personnel. All interested Vendor or Contractors are highly encouraged to visit the site of performance to ascertain the condition and take their own measurement and dimensions.
