This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12,6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-PQQ12400 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acqusition Circular (FAC). The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Vendors or Contractors may submit bids or price quotes. In particular, the US Coast Guard Sector San Diego required the following items: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and license as required to INSTALL A NEW PERIMETER FENCE in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All parts and materials that will be use must be approved by the technical point of contact (CWO4 Dave George) prior to the installation. Wages are in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act.
