This a combined sysnopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-PQQ09000 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAC 2005-63). The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Contractors or Vendors may submit a price quote or bid. In particular, US Coast Guard Sector San Francisco required the following items: Responsible Vendor or Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and license as required to REPLACE THREE (3) EACH, UPS SYSTEM BATTERIES & CONTROL MODULES in three (3) buildings in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts and materials that will be used must be equal or better that the current ones.
