The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561720 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The total magnitude of the requirement (including options) is between $150K to $175K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Sector Humboldt Bay, 1001 Lycoming Way, McKinleyville, CA 95119. In particular, the project consist of the following: Responsible Contractor/Vendor must must provide all labor (personnel), materials/supplies, equipment, tools, supevision and license as required to provide janitorial services weekly in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). It is highly recommended that any interested contractor or vendor must visit the worksite prior to submitting a bid or price quote.
