This is a combined sysnopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-LBG03400 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the latest Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Contractors or Vendors may submit bids or price quotes. In particular, the US Coast Guard Station Lake Tahoe requird the following items: Responsible Contractor or Vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportations, tools, supervision, training and license as require to remove the existing and install new Video surveillance System (VSS) in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Training and minor maintenance (trouble shoot) must be provided after installation. All parts and materials that will be install or use must be approved by the technical point of contact.
