This is a compettive small business set aside invitation for bid/proposal. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is between $20K to $29K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731-7331. In particular, the project consist of: Responsible Contractor or Vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and license/permits as required to RENOVATE, DEMOLISH, CONSTRUCT, INSTALL AND PAINT bldg. 25 in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective Contractor or Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wage will be in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). All proposals/bids will be evaluated ibase on technical knowledged, work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order).
