The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the project is between $20K to $29K; the place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Station Monterey, 100 Lighthouse Avenue, Monterey, CA 923940. The project consist of the following: Responsible Contractor or Vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and license as required to repair, renovate two (2) each bathrooms in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All interested Contractors or Vendors are highly encouraged to visit the worksite prior to bid or price submission to ascertain the actual dimension, sizes and condition under which the performance will take place.
