This is a competitive small business set aside invitation for bids/proposals. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of project is between $18K - $25K . The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Sector Humbolt Bay, 1001 Lycoming Way, McKinleyville, CA 95519. The actual project consist of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and licenses as required to remove the existing old Raypak boilers and storage tank, then install two (2) each new hot water commercial hybrid water heaters with the required associated piping and other requirements in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective vendors/contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wages will be accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). All bids/proposals will evaluated base on technical knowledged, work experienced in military environment, flexibility and prices (not necessarily in that order). All interested vendors/contractors are encouraged to conduct a site visit to the facility to make their own evaluation of the actual requirements and measurements for all the material/supplies needed.
