This is a competitive small business and set aside invitation for bids/proposal. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335122 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of requirement is between $15K - $18K . The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco, 1020 N. Access Rd., San Francisco, CA 94128-3099. The project consist of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and license as required to REPLACE THE EXISTING FLUORESCENT LIGHTING WITH DIRECT WIRE LED LIGHTING as per the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective Vendors/contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wages will be accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). All proposals will be evlauted base on technical knowledge, work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order). All interested Vendor/Contractor must conduct a site visit to the facility to make an evaluation and be familiar with existing condition under which the project will be perform.
