This is a competitive small business set aside invitation for bids/proposals. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is between $9K - $25K (depending on the repair or total replacement). The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731. The actual project consist of the following: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and license as required to repair or replace main exit gate to operational condition in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective vendor/contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wages will be in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). All bids/proposals will be evaluated base on technical knowledged, work experienced in military environment, flexibility, and price (not necessarily in that order). All interested vendor/contractor are encouraged to conduct a site visit to the facility to take their own evaluation and measurement prior to bid/proposal submission.
