This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-20-Q-PAA36900 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 484210. In paticular, The US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Command (SFLC) will move and relocate from 800N Oakland Federal Building, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California 94612 to US Coast Guard Base Alameda, Coast Guard Island Bldg. 55, Alameda, California 94501. The prospective/responsible Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, license as required to move and re-locate approximately 120 US Coast Guard (SFLC) personnel and their associated office equipment/machines, property and other tools as directed by competent authority to the new location in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All interested Vendors/Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the prequote or site visits schedule in the following time and dates: 0930 -1130AM (local) 30June 2020, 1:00 - 3:00PM (local) 30 June 2020; 1:00 - 3:00PM (local) 01 July 2020 and 1:00 - 3:00PM (local) 02 July 2020. All prospective Contractors/Vendors must be currently and actively registered in System for Award Management prior to award and must comply to all pertinent Federal Acquisitions Regulations, all local, state, and other regulations/laws deem necessary for the performance and completion of this project or contract. All bids/proposals will be evaluated base on past performance, knowledge, flexibility working in military environment and price (not necessarily in that order).
