This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-20-Q-LHB52600 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industry Classification Sysyem (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Vendors/Contractors may submit bids or proposals. In particular, the US Coast Guard Base Humboldt Bay request the following: Responsible Contractors or Vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and license/permit as required to CONDUCT AN ANNUAL FIRE SUPPRESSION INSPECTION in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).
