The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541990. The magnitude of requirement is between $25K to $34K . The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Sector San Diego, 2710 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. The project consist of the following: Provide all labor, materials (including documentation), equipment, tools and license as required to "CERTIFY THE AVIATION RAMP AS HELIPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF COPTER INSTRUMENT APPROACHES AND DEPARTURES" in accordance with the attached statement (scope) of work (SOW). All interested Vendors/Contractors are highly encouraged to visit the site to satisfy themselves as to the existing conditions and the performance location. All prospective Vendors/Contractors must be currently registered in System for Award Management prior to award. Wages are in accordance with Service Contract Act (SCA). All proposals will be evaluated base on technical knowledged, experience in military working environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order).
