This is a compettive small business and set aside invitation for bids/proposal. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 442299 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of requirement is between $25K to $34K. The place of performance is located at US COAST GUARD FAMILY HOUSING SITE, 99 Mosley Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501. The project consist of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and license as required to INSTALL NEW QUARTZ KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS IN TEN (10) EACH housing units in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective vendor/contractor must be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wages will be in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). All proposal will be evaluated base on technical knowledge, experience working in military environment, flexibility, and price (not necessarily in that order). All interested vendor/contractor are highly encouraged to visit the site for the actual dimension of the sizes needed and be familiar with existing condition unde which the performacne will take place.
