This is a competitive small business set aside invitation for bid/proposal. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is between $25K-$30K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco, 1020 N. Access Rd., San Francisco, CA 94128-3099. The project consist of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and licenses as required to replace the windows in all ten (10) duty rooms with SOUND PROOF WINDOWS that provide better sound protection in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective contractor/vendor must be registered in the System for Award Mangement (SAM) prior to award. Wage will be in accordance with Davis Bacon Act (DBA). All Proposals will be evaluated base on technical knowledge, work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order). All interested contractors/vendors are encouraged to conduct a site visit to the facility to take a field measurements, evaluations and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be perform.
